turned 22 yesterday.
don’t feel much different..
summer school classes are history of santa cruz mountains and a philosophy class on sex and perspectives on sexuality. even though my major is economics i want to be an activist. is that hypocritical? i’m currently living with 8 other people. i’ve been trying to get to know everyone while making music and getting my readings done. kinda busy but i’m happy that the sun has been out.

Just came back from a trip to Palm Springs. TRON was awesome, I love mountains (i’ll post pictures later), and I’m happy to be back in Santa Cruz. Baby sitting a 2 year old python named Gwen for a bit which is real cool. I hope everyone had a nice holiday and a Happy New Years! Why does school have to start in 2 days?

this is my last week in japan but definitely not my last time. thinking about living here for a year and teaching english or something. pops took an early flight home, miss you already dad. im enjoying my time here and doing my own thing, hanging out in cafes and festival hopping. i’ve been buying gifts for my friends so im excited to use this last week to buy threads for school and cool nicknacks. hope everyone is having a great summer.
